Legal notice & Terms

The essentials about the site's publisher and the terms governing the one-hour strategy consultation.

Legal notice

Last updated: August 7, 2026 — courtesy translation, the French version prevails.

Publisher

0xloucash.xyz is published by Louca (0xLoucash), Sole trader — French micro-entreprise (micro-BNC scheme), subject to VAT.

Publishing director: Louca. Contact: [email protected].

Hosting

The site is hosted by Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Allemagne (https://contabo.com), and served through Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA).

Bookings are handled on rdv.installclaw.io, a self-hosted service operated by the publisher on the same infrastructure.

Intellectual property

The entire site (copy, visuals, logo, animations) is the property of the publisher unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction without prior consent is prohibited.

Personal data

When you book, the data collected (name, email, phone number, form answers) is used solely to deliver the service: email confirmation and calendar invite, Google Meet link, confirmation and reminder SMS. It is never sold nor used for advertising.

Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd): no card data ever reaches our servers. SMS are delivered by OVHcloud (France).

Analytics rely on Umami, a self-hosted, cookieless tool that collects no identifying data — hence no consent banner is required.

Under the GDPR you may exercise your access, rectification and deletion rights by writing to [email protected].

Terms of sale

Last updated: August 7, 2026 — courtesy translation, the French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of the "Strategy consultation — 1 h": a one-hour video call with Louca, dedicated to analysing your processes and identifying relevant AI automations, concluded with actionable recommendations.

They apply to any booking made on 0xloucash.xyz or rdv.installclaw.io, whether by a business or a consumer.

2. Price and payment

The price is 199 € including 20% French VAT, payable in full at booking time by card through Stripe's secure platform. The booking is confirmed once payment is validated: the chosen slot is then reserved, and an invoice is available on request at [email protected].

3. The session

The consultation takes place over Google Meet. The link is included in the confirmation email and calendar invite sent upon payment; a confirmation SMS and a reminder SMS about four hours before the session are also sent to the provided number.

The client agrees to join on time with the relevant information at hand (current tools, questions to settle). Late arrival counts against the session time; after 20 minutes of unannounced absence, the session is deemed delivered.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation

The slot can be moved free of charge up to 24 hours before the session by writing to [email protected]. Within 24 hours of the session, or in case of no-show, the session can be neither rescheduled nor refunded.

Should the publisher cancel or move the session, the client may choose between a new slot and a full refund.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have fourteen days from payment to withdraw without cause, by writing to the contact address.

By booking a slot that takes place before this period expires, the client expressly requests early performance of the service; once the consultation has been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised (article L221-28). The rescheduling policy of section 4 applies without prejudice to this right.

6. Nature of the advice

The consultation provides recommendations based on the information supplied by the client. It is neither an exhaustive audit nor legal, accounting or financial advice, and no specific economic outcome is guaranteed: implementing the recommendations remains the client's sole decision.

Exchanges and documents shared during the session remain confidential on both sides.

7. Mediation and disputes

In accordance with articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may freely refer the matter to a consumer mediator. The competent mediator's details are provided on request at the contact address. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These terms are governed by French law. For disputes with businesses, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the publisher's place of business.
